Becoming a WSAA exhibitor is an excellent opportunity to promote your company and do business by meeting with financial
institutions, technology companies, sales agents, ISOs, ISVs, MLS representatives, and more, all in one place. WSAA showcases
more than 150 exhibitors with expanded exhibit hall hours in 2025 over two full conference days. Exhibit table space
is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited, so register today to reserve your spot.
Exhibitor Registration - $3,995.00
Exhibitors may promote their businesses, hand out sales literature, sell products or services or recruit agents and resellers during the conference.

Companies who want to attend the conference for business development purposes but do not want a display table in the exhibit hall must register as roaming exhibitors.
Roaming exhibitors may promote their businesses, hand out sales literature, sell products or services or recruit agents and resellers during the conference, provided they don't interfere with the activities of any exhibitors in front of display tables.

Tabletop Exhibit Structures Only!
Maximum structure size 6' L x 90” H.
Structures MUST sit on top of 6' L x 30" H x 30" D table.

Nothing can be placed in front, behind or on either side of an exhibit table.
