Where do I find the hotel discount room block?

Hotel room links will be provided in your confirmation letter after registration. 

 

General Questions

How and when can I access the attendee list?

Depending on your level of Sponsorship you will receive the attendee list as per the agreement in your purchase. 

 

  • Sponsor Levels PREMIER, DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD will receive the Attendee List 2-weeks pre & 1-week post conference.
  • Sponsor Levels GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE receive the attendee list 1-week pre & 1-week post conference.
  • Exhibitors will receive the Final Attendee List Emailed One (1) week post-conference

NOTE: The email used in the registration process will receive the list. If you used an HR or Assistant email, please check that inbox. 

How can I receive a transcript or recording of the sessions?

Can I enter without registration?

No, this is a paid event.

Registration is REQUIRED to take advantage of all the perks of attending WSAA.

When does Registration close?

Golf

Do you have a standby/waitlist for the golf tournament?

Once the golf tournament is sold out, you can request to be put on the waiting list by emailing
golf@westernstatesacquirers.org

We don't have enough team members to make a golf team, could we ask for a randomly assigned person? Is there a signup list?
Where do I go for golf club rentals?

Exhibitors

How big is my booth as an exhibitor?

WSAA Is Tabletop Exhibit Only!

  • Maximum structure size - 6' L x 90” H.
  • Structures MUST sit on top of 6' L x 30" H x 30" D table.

Nothing can be placed in front, behind, or on either side of an exhibit table. No chairs; standing only.

What is the difference between exhibitor and roaming exhibitors?
Where can I find pricing for exhibiting/attending/sponsoring?
Where do I find the floor plan for the exhibit hall?
I need power and wifi for my exhibit table, how do I order that?
