Depending on your level of Sponsorship you will receive the attendee list as per the agreement in your purchase.

Sponsor Levels DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD will receive the Attendee List 2-weeks pre & 1-week post conference.
Sponsor Levels GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE receive the attendee list 1-week pre & 1-week post conference.
Exhibitors will receive the Final Attendee List Emailed One (1) week post-conference

NOTE: The email used in the registration process will receive the list. If you used an HR or Assistant email, please check that inbox.

No, simply purchase a ticket and enjoy the wonderful benefits and networking opportunities that are included.

We do not offer lead capture, however, the networking opportunities are limitless.

While we do not provide training, our Educational Sessions are top-notch, with many opportunities to learn about a new business and ask questions to industry experts.

We currently do not offer a monthly newsletter, however, you can join our email list by submitting a request on our website or simply attending our show.

How do I arrange meetings with potential leads before the event?

Our mobile app, once released, will contain many tools to help contact and arrange meetings with leads. You must be registered to access the features.

For table top locations, we close registration 2 weeks prior to the event.

However, we allow roaming exhibitors and attendee purchases to day of the event.

Is the Golf Tournament included in my registration?

The WSAA Golf Tournament and WSAA Expo are separate events and have separate registration fees associated with participation.

You can purchase tickets for both events during registration.

How do I pick a booth number that is not near my competitor?

With our interactive floor plan during registration, you simply hover over the surround booths to identify your neighbors.

No, the purchase of an attendance ticket at any level is inclusive of all events on the agenda.

Maximum structure size - 6' L x 90” H.
Structures MUST sit on top of 6' L x 30" H x 30" D table.

Nothing can be placed in front, behind, or on either side of an exhibit table. No chairs; standing only.
