How and when can I access the attendee list?

Depending on your level of Sponsorship you will receive the attendee list as per the agreement in your purchase. 

 

  • Sponsor Levels DIAMOND, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD will receive the Attendee List 2-weeks pre & 1-week post conference.
  • Sponsor Levels GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE receive the attendee list 1-week pre & 1-week post conference.
  • Exhibitors will receive the Final Attendee List Emailed One (1) week post-conference

NOTE: The email used in the registration process will receive the list. If you used an HR or Assistant email, please check that inbox.

Can I enter without registration?

No, this is a paid event.

Registration is REQUIRED to take advantage of all the perks of attending WSAA.

Golf

Do you have a standby/waitlist for the golf tournament?

Golf tournament information and registration can be found HERE. 

Once the golf tournament is sold out, you can request to be put on the waiting list by emailing

We don't have enough team members to make a golf team, could we ask for a randomly assigned person? Is there a signup list?

Exhibitors

How big is my booth as an exhibitor?

WSAA Is Tabletop Exhibit Only!

  • Maximum structure size - 6' L x 90” H.
  • Structures MUST sit on top of 6' L x 30" H x 30" D table.

Nothing can be placed in front, behind, or on either side of an exhibit table. No chairs; standing only.

What is the difference between exhibitor and roaming exhibitors?
